Mr Rebates Cash Back Website has more partner stores than most other cash back programs (more than 2500). It is free to join, and you’ll get a $5 sign up bonus just for joining. Personally, for my own shopping, the cash back amounts awarded by Mr Rebates tend to be higher than the other sites. But because everyone shops at different stores, make sure to sign up for multiple cash back sites, and use which ever site gives you the best cash back percentage, or the best coupon code for the store you are shopping at that particular day.
Mr Rebates features one store per week and offers extra cash back at that store all week long. They also run holiday deals for many holidays (New Years, Valentine’s Day, St Patrick’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, [Black Friday], Christmas.

How you receive your cash back rebates:
Mr Rebates places a 90 day hold on your cash back rebates to make sure you didn’t return the item (this is standard among all cash back websites). During this time, your rebates are labeled as “pending”. After the hold period is over, your rebates will become “available”. Once you have $10.00 in available rebates (since you get $5 as a sign up bonus, you only $5 more in cash back), you must request to be sent your cash back by either check or Paypal. (simply log in to your account and click the button that says “My Account”, then click the link that says “Request Paypal” or “Request Check”. Cash Back rebate payments are sent out monthly at the beginning of the month.

I like that Mr Rebates pays out your cash back every month (min payment of $10.00). But you do have to actually request to be paid your cash back (just click the link in your account that says “Request Paypal” or “Request check”
Mr Rebates pay out once per month usually on the 1st or 2nd. They send you all payments you’ve requested in the prior month. So if you request to be sent your cash back on January 9th, they won’t actually send it until February 1st.
